The Chase Begins

The Chase Begins
I’ve been making websites since I was a kid; plain text editors, free hosting, Microsoft FrontPage... the works. I’ve seen the web evolve, and I’ve changed with it. From building Flash menus to hacking together WordPress plugins, from local office apps to full-stack frameworks creating on the web has always been my thing.
But this blog DevChase is something new.
This isn’t just about tutorials or portfolio pieces (though you’ll find those here). This is about the journey. My journey. Your journey. The passion that drives someone to sit in front of a keyboard late at night chasing down a bug, or an idea, or a dream.
I’m a full-time pastor now, but the fire to build has never left me. In fact, it’s grown. I believe God gave me these skills for a reason and I want to use them to build tools that help others and glorify Him.
So here’s what you can expect from DevChase:
- Posts about what I’m learning (Laravel, Docker, Livewire, Filament, you name it)
- Real projects I’m working on (from ministry tools to SaaS ideas)
- Code snippets, little wins, and big stumbles
- And the ways Jesus continues to shape my life and work through it all
If you’re someone who loves to build and wants to grow in both skill and purpose, welcome.
Let’s chase this thing together.
